1. About this policy

This policy explains how Candle Cartel handles information when you visit the website, view market tools, use TEMPO member access, contact Telegram or open an official partner link.

2. Information collected

Public pages do not request broker passwords, trading credentials, OTPs or payment-card details. When TEMPO Member Access is enabled, a user may sign in through ChatGPT and submit a name, email, Telegram username, broker choice and Trading Account UID for manual IB verification. The UID is used for verification, retained on a limited basis and masked in the user interface after a decision. The owner may record weekly-review status, review dates and short operational notes to manage access and member follow-up.

When an approved member chooses “Connect Telegram” and starts the bot, the website stores the numeric Telegram user/chat ID, username where available, connection status and alert preference. This information is used to deliver direct TEMPO lifecycle notifications. The secure connection link is single-use and expires after a short period.

Values entered into the CC Trade Plan Checker are calculated locally in the browser and are not stored by the website. If a user selects “Send My Trade Plan to Admin”, the information is placed into a Telegram draft and is sent only after the user presses Send.

For a manual ebook claim, the website may prepare a Telegram draft containing registration details. The website does not store that draft; Telegram's privacy practices apply once the chat is opened.

3. Website analytics

With consent, Candle Cartel uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, referrer, general browser or device information, approximate location and events such as Telegram, TradingView, partner, language and product clicks. TEMPO LIVE also uses a first-party anonymous counter for page views, unique visitors and funnel events visible to the owner.

The TEMPO counter creates random visitor and session identifiers in the browser and stores a secure one-way hash. Visitor logs do not store trading passwords, broker logins, Trading UID, Entry, Stop Loss or Take Profit. Consent can be refused without disabling core website functions.

4. Third-party services

Market charts may be supplied by TradingView. Telegram supports community updates and, after a member opts in, personal lifecycle notifications such as new signal, TP, SL or cancellation. ChatGPT sign-in and official partner links are subject to the privacy practices of their respective platforms.

5. Cookies and local storage

If analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga to distinguish browsers and measure website use. Candle Cartel may store an anonymous visitor ID, session ID, language preference and consent choice in browser local storage. Advertising storage and ad personalisation are disabled in our analytics configuration.

6. Retention and security

Analytics, member-verification and Telegram-connection data are retained only for a reasonable operational, security and access-record period. Owner access is protected by authenticated identity. Integration credentials such as the Telegram bot token are encrypted before storage, and member linking uses one-time tokens plus webhook verification. No website or internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. Your choices

You may block cookies, decline analytics or avoid external links. An approved member can pause, resume or disconnect Telegram alerts through TEMPO Access or bot commands. You may contact Candle Cartel to ask about data connected to the website.

8. App and push notifications

When you choose to enable notifications, we store your browser push endpoint, public encryption keys, signed-in account ID, notification preference and delivery status. These records deliver new TEMPO signal alerts to the device you register. Your browser may use Google, Apple or Mozilla push services; notification payloads are encrypted in transit.

Notifications may appear on your lock screen. Turn off this device's alerts through app settings or browser/device settings. Signing out through the app disconnects this device's subscription. Only the offline page and icons are cached for offline use; live signals and account data are not cached for offline viewing. Temporary delivery records are removed after their operational retention period, and disabled or expired subscriptions stop receiving alerts.

Market Insights article analytics

With analytics allowed, Market Insights records article views and clicks to TEMPO LIVE using a temporary random ID for each page load. Records contain the article ID, category, view time and optional click time, without visitor identity, IP address or referrer URL. Reloads may count again; signed-in owner visits and private previews are excluded. Use Analytics settings on an article to change your choice.
