A market story is evidence in context.
A chart is not a collection of random candles. Every move has a location, structure, pace and reaction. A bullish candle inside a bearish structure can be a retracement rather than a reversal.
Location changes the meaning.
A reaction near a meaningful demand, supply or structural level carries a different story from the same pattern in the middle of a range. Territory gives the setup context; reaction provides evidence.
- Mark areas that produced a meaningful reaction.
- Observe whether price is approaching, testing or leaving the area.
- Do not assume every touch must reverse.
- Check whether sufficient target room remains after placing a logical SL.
Risk is defined before reward.
Account size determines the risk amount. Market structure determines the invalidation level. The distance between Entry and Stop Loss helps determine position size.
A high confidence score is not permission to increase risk beyond the trader's plan.
WAIT is a professional decision.
No valid setup is also valid information. When the market story is mixed, spread is unsuitable or reaction is missing, protecting capital is more useful than forcing an entry.
